Texas Health Resources is currently hiring for a medical librarian-copyright librarian. This position will office at Texas Health–Fort Worth. The copyright librarian serves as the main system contact for copyright requests and follows up with authors, creators, or vendors to obtain permissions and promote copyright services to users around the Texas Health Resources system. This position will maintain, monitor, and promote various copyright services and serve on appropriate system committees (i.e., Patient Education) with high volumes of permissions requests.
Required: Master’s of library science or master’s of library and information science from an American Library Association–accredited university program.
Preferred: One year of professional experience in a health science library with progressive management responsibility preferred.
