The Medical Library Association has arranged a group booking from June 2–9, 2017, the Alaska sailing of Celebrity Solstice, following MLA ’17 in Seattle, WA. This 7-night cruise departs from Pier 91. The Inside Passage itinerary includes ports of call in Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, and Victoria, BC. The ship returns to Seattle on the morning of June 9, offering plenty of time to make afternoon flights home.

Alaska in June is the best time to visit. Long days provide for more time to see scenery and wildlife. Bring binoculars and warm outerwear to best enjoy the views of glaciers calving, aquatic life and birds, and gorgeous scenery. Naturalists will be onboard to provide information about what the sights. When you have returned from an excursion day, a world-class spa awaits you onboard.

Fares range from $999 per person, double occupancy for an interior stateroom to $2,749 per person, for a suite. Fares include stateroom, meals (with non-alcoholic beverages) and all entertainment. Fares do not include alcoholic beverages, specialty dining, shore excursions, spa services, photographs, WiFi, medical services, or taxes and port fees of approximately $200 per person. To make your reservation contact Steve Shadle or toll-free: 888.415.8397.

The Cruise Critic UK Cruisers’ Choice Awards ranked the Solstice in the top three large cruise ships in the world for Best Service, Best Overall, and Best Cabins. This sailing is a once-in- a-lifetime opportunity to conveniently add a world-class cruise to your MLA meeting experience.
