If you are coming into Atlanta prior to the MLA’18 meeting, you may want to take the family, or your significant other – okay maybe just yourself to LEGOLAND to explore, view movies, and simply build amazing creations using the famous blocks.
You may wish to walk where the undead have trod and made their famous television series by taking one of the The Walking Dead tours. There are 3 different ones available. Only 1 of the 3 tours is in Atlanta; the other 2 are in Senoia, Georgia, which is about an hour south of downtown Atlanta.
If you are into history, explore the iconic sites that are a part of Atlanta’s history, such as sites related to Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Margaret Mitchell.
