MLA ’17 How to Schedule an Informal Meeting

MLA reserves blocks of time during MLA ’17 for informal meetings and other events. Requests outside these times cannot be accommodated. If you are an affiliate, non-MLA group, exhibitor, or commercial group, you will be charged for reserving informal meeting space. To get more information and reserve informal meeting space, complete an application.

By contract, all meeting space is controlled by MLA during the annual meeting. Calls to the convention center or hotel for space will be forwarded to the meeting manager for approval.
